Ice Production Technology
Fresh water is injected directly into each closed cell during the freezing process. Water temperatures reach -30°C as cell walls control expansion from all directions. Excess water drains through dedicated outlets, leaving only pure, properly formed ice cubes. The design minimises maintenance requirements and simplifies cleaning procedures.
