This Hoshizaki IM-45WNE is a self-contained cube ice maker producing up to 47 kg of high-quality cube ice per 24 hours, with 18 kg storage capacity. It meets strict hygiene standards and is suitable for foodservice and medical applications. The exterior is constructed from stainless steel with a closed water circuit that prevents contamination throughout the cubing process. All Hoshizaki machines are straightforward to operate, clean, and maintain. The machine uses a dedicated water jet injected into each closed cell. Excess water drains through outlet ports whilst the cell walls contain the freezing water’s expansion on all sides, reaching temperatures as low as -30 °C during the cubing process.
