The DC DCP25-8A Self Contained Hollow Ice Machine is engineered for hard water areas. The paddle system produces hollow ice continuously, even where mineral content in the water supply is high. This technology eliminates the need for additional pumps, resulting in a quiet operation. Built from catering grade stainless steel for durability and food safety, with an insulated ice-bin in non-toxic antibacterial plastic. Produces 25kg of ice per 24 hours with 8kg storage capacity. Hollow ice cubes cool beverages quickly and melt slowly, making this machine particularly suitable for establishments in hard water regions.
