The Foster EP700H/41-102 EcoPro G3 Upright Refrigerated Cabinet delivers reliable cold storage with a 600-litre capacity. Designed for busy commercial kitchens, this unit combines energy-efficient refrigeration with practical functionality to reduce operating costs.

The cabinet features three GN 2/1 shelves with improved internal fittings for straightforward cleaning and maintenance. A Stayclear condenser minimises dust accumulation and maintains consistent airflow performance. The stainless steel exterior and aluminium interior provide durability in demanding environments.

Specifications include ISO Climate Class 5 operation (suitable for ambient temperatures up to 43°C), automatic defrost, and a lockable door. The Fuzzy Logic II touch-sensitive control panel offers clear temperature display with audible high/low alarms for immediate notification of temperature fluctuations.

Standard configuration features right-hand door hinges. Left-hand hinged versions are available on request. This model replaces the previous 12-102 specification.
