The Foster HR360FT/16-102 Refrigerated Preparation Table provides 360 litres of storage capacity, making it ideal for busy food preparation areas. The front-breathing design suits enclosed kitchen spaces, whilst the dual forced-fan system ensures consistent temperature distribution across both the counter base and pan storage sections. Four shelves offer flexible organisation, and the unit accommodates five 1/3 gastronorm pans (not included). Pan storage operates at +3°C to +5°C. The stainless steel exterior and aluminium interior are durable and easy to clean. Hydrocarbon refrigerant and automatic defrost are fitted as standard. A hinged night cover is included.
