The machine features a stainless steel exterior and closed water circuit system that prevents contamination throughout the ice production process. All Hoshizaki equipment is straightforward to operate, clean and maintain.
The ice-making process uses a dedicated water jet that injects fresh water into each sealed cell. Excess water drains through outlet ports whilst cell walls contain the freezing water as temperatures reach -30°C during cubing. This method ensures consistent, high-quality cube ice production.
