The Scotsman EF 206 Self Contained Ice Flaker produces flaked ice suitable for fish storage and laboratory applications. The unit features a built-in Progressive Water Discharge (PWD) system that pumps excess water up to 15 metres, eliminating the need for floor drainage. Electronic controls include self-diagnostic functions and external alarm lights for operational monitoring and rapid fault identification. The HF40-S Water Filter accessory is recommended to extend equipment life and reduce maintenance issues. Output varies depending on ambient and water temperatures.
