This Hoshizaki IM-30CNE-25 is a self-contained cube ice maker producing up to 24 kg of high-quality cube ice per 24 hours, with 11.5 kg storage capacity. It meets strict hygiene standards and is suitable for foodservice, hospitality and medical applications. The exterior is constructed from stainless steel with a closed water circuit that prevents contamination throughout the cubing process. All Hoshizaki machines are straightforward to operate, clean and maintain. The ice-making process uses a dedicated water jet injected into each closed cell. Excess water drains through outlet ports whilst the cell walls contain the freezing water’s expansion on all sides, reaching temperatures of -30 °C during production. The result is consistently clear, durable cube ice suitable for beverage service and food storage applications.
