Construction The unit features a stainless steel exterior with a closed water circuit that prevents contamination throughout the cubing process. All Hoshizaki machines are designed for straightforward operation, cleaning and maintenance.
Technology A dedicated water jet is injected into each closed cell during production. Excess water drains through outlet ports whilst the cell walls contain the freezing water’s expansion as temperatures reach -30 °C during the cubing cycle. This controlled process ensures consistent, uniform ice production.
