The Scotsman TC180-LR Cubelet Ice Dispenser delivers 120kg of ice per 24 hours with a 9kg storage capacity, making it ideal for self-service operations in restaurants, cafes and food businesses. Cubelet ice is compressed flake ice, produced at sub-zero temperatures and reduced to just 10% of its original volume, resulting in hard, dry ice that melts slowly in drinks. The Long Range design maintains compact dimensions whilst offering significantly increased storage compared to standard models. Customers can dispense ice directly into their own glasses, ensuring hygiene and allowing them to control drink temperature to their preference.
