Construction: The exterior is manufactured from stainless steel. A closed water circuit prevents contamination throughout the cubing process. All Hoshizaki machines are straightforward to operate, clean and maintain.
Operation: Fresh water is injected directly into each closed cell via a dedicated jet. Excess water drains through outlet ports. The cell walls contain the freezing water’s expansion from all sides whilst temperatures reach -30 °C during ice production.
