108kg a day, 38kg in the bin, in a machine a metre wide. This is the shape of machine you buy when the ceiling is low.
1004mm wide, 600mm deep and only 700mm high. Most high-output machines are tall; this one is wide and squat, which is what makes it fit under a low ceiling or a mezzanine where a 1200mm tower will not go.
The trade is storage. 38kg of bin against the 50kg on the IM-100PE, for slightly more output. If your service is steady all day, that is a fair swap. If it is a rush at 8pm, you will be waiting for the bin to refill.
Automated cleaning with wash auto-restart, water circuit notifications, condenser alerts. R290a refrigerant, and 3 years parts and labour.
Where it stops: for genuinely large volume, Hoshizaki’s modular heads over a separate bin make more sense than pushing a self-contained unit further.
