The machine uses R290 natural refrigerant, which offers improved environmental performance and operational efficiency compared to conventional alternatives. The exterior is constructed from stainless steel for durability and hygiene in demanding commercial environments.
Ice production uses a closed-cell system with individual water jets injected into each cell. Excess water drains through outlet ports whilst cell walls contain the freezing process, resulting in clear, high-quality cylinder ice.
