The Hoshizaki IM-240XNE-HC-C is a modular, stackable ice maker capable of producing up to 190 kg of cylinder ice per 24 hours. Built from stainless steel, it features a closed water circuit that prevents contamination throughout the production process. A dedicated water jet is injected into each sealed cell, with excess water expelled through outlet ports. Cell walls contain water expansion as temperatures reach -30°C during freezing. Automatic rinse cycles remove mineral deposits and impurities, ensuring consistently pure ice. The machine is straightforward to operate, clean and maintain.
