The unit features a stainless steel exterior and a closed water circuit that prevents contamination throughout the ice production process. All components are straightforward to clean and maintain, meeting strict hygiene standards required in commercial kitchens and medical facilities.
Ice Production Technology
Fresh water is injected directly into individual closed cells during the freezing cycle. Excess water drains through dedicated outlets whilst cell walls control water expansion as temperatures reach -30 °C. This method produces consistently sized cube ice suitable for a range of commercial applications.
