Fresh water is injected directly into each closed cell, with excess water expelled through dedicated outlets. The cell walls contain the freezing process as temperatures reach -30°C, creating dense, high-quality ice. Automatic rinse cycles remove minerals and impurities from the water, preventing calcification and scale build-up inside the machine. The unit features a magnetic water pump without direct coupling, designed for durability and reliable long-term operation.
