The exterior is constructed from stainless steel with a closed water circuit that prevents contamination throughout the cubing process. All Hoshizaki machines are designed for straightforward operation, cleaning and maintenance.
The ice-making system injects a dedicated stream of fresh water into each closed cell. Excess water drains through outlet ports whilst cell walls contain the expansion of freezing water as temperatures reach -30°C during the cubing cycle. This ensures consistent, high-quality ice production with reliable performance.

Very good. Holds temperature well and the build quality is solid.
