This Hoshizaki IM-65NE-25 is a self-contained cube ice maker producing up to 56 kg of high-quality cube ice per 24 hours. With 26 kg storage capacity, it meets stringent hygiene standards and suits a range of commercial applications including foodservice and medical facilities. The exterior is constructed from stainless steel, whilst the closed water circuit provides complete protection against contamination throughout the cubing process. All Hoshizaki machines are straightforward to operate, clean and maintain. A dedicated jet of fresh water is injected into each closed cell, with excess water draining through outlet ports. The cell walls contain the freezing water’s expansion from all sides, reaching temperatures of -30°C during the cubing cycle.
