The machine operates using a closed-cell freezing system where fresh water is injected into individual cells and cooled to -30°C. Excess water is automatically expelled, whilst cell walls contain the freezing process. Integrated automatic rinse cycles remove mineral deposits and impurities, ensuring consistently pure ice production.
