Scotsman MFN 56 Modular Nugget Ice Maker, 570kg/24hrs Output / 246kg Storage

The Scotsman MFN 56 produces nugget ice using a strengthened alloy construction, which enables higher extrusion pressure to deliver dry-quality nugget ice (92% dry). Output capacity is 570kg per 24 hours and depends on ambient and water temperatures. The unit comes supplied with the FOL600 Storage Bin (246kg capacity) and features double protection via an electronic rotation sensor and drive coupling on both the gear motor and gear reducer.

We recommend installing the Scotsman HF60-S Water Filter accessory, which includes a filter head, adapters and scale inhibitor to extend equipment lifespan and reduce breakdown risk. An alternative bin option, the FOL-10, is available if required.
