This Hoshizaki IM-30CWNE is a self-contained cube ice maker that produces 32 kg of high-quality cube ice per 24 hours, with 11.5 kg storage capacity. It meets strict hygiene standards and is suitable for foodservice and medical applications. The exterior is constructed from stainless steel with a closed water circuit that prevents contamination throughout the cubing process. All Hoshizaki machines are straightforward to operate, clean and maintain. Fresh water is injected directly into each closed cell, with excess water drained through dedicated outlets. The cell walls contain the freezing water’s expansion on all sides, reaching temperatures of -30 °C during the cubing cycle.
