The closed water circuit system prevents contamination throughout the entire ice production process. A dedicated water jet is injected into each cell, with excess water draining through outlet ports. The cell walls contain water expansion as it freezes to -30 °C, creating dense, quality ice cubes.
Automatic rinse cycles remove mineral impurities from the water, ensuring pure ice production. All Hoshizaki machines are designed for straightforward operation, cleaning and maintenance, making them practical for busy food service environments.
