The machine uses a dedicated water jet system that injects fresh water into individual closed cells. Excess water drains through outlet ports whilst cell walls contain the freezing water’s expansion as temperatures reach -30°C. This design produces consistently high-quality ice.
Automatic rinse cycles remove mineral deposits and impurities from the water, ensuring pure ice production. The unit is designed for straightforward operation, cleaning and maintenance, making it suitable for busy commercial kitchens, bars and food service environments.
