This Hoshizaki IM-65NE-LM is a self-contained ice maker producing up to 40 kg of large cube ice per 24 hours, with 26 kg storage capacity. The unit features a stainless steel exterior and closed-loop water system that prevents contamination throughout the freezing process. A dedicated water jet is injected into each cell, with excess water draining through outlet ports. Cell walls restrict water expansion as temperatures reach -30°C during ice formation.
