The unit features a built-in Progressive Water Discharge (PWD) system that pumps excess water up to 15 metres, eliminating the need for floor drainage in many installations. Electronic controls include self-diagnostic functions and external alarm lights to alert you to any operational issues, enabling quick troubleshooting and minimal downtime. The machine delivers 160kg of ice per 24 hours with 60kg storage capacity. We recommend pairing this unit with the Scotsman HF40-S Water Filter accessory to maintain optimal performance and extend equipment lifespan. The filter comes complete with head, adaptors and scale inhibitor. Output varies depending on ambient and water temperatures.
