30kg a day, 10kg in the bin – the point where a DC stops being a drinks machine and starts running a small kitchen.
465mm wide, 517mm deep, 692mm high. It still goes under a counter, but depth and airflow matter more at this size: an air-cooled machine that is boxed in will produce less than the badge says, and the first thing you lose is recovery time between services.
The ice is built layer by layer in a spray-freeze chamber, which is why these cubes come out dense and slow to melt rather than hollow and quick to disappear in the glass.
Stainless interior with an antibacterial plastic liner, 13A single phase, rated from +10C to +43C ambient.
Warranty is 3 years parts only. Labour on a call-out is not covered.
Where it stops: 10kg of storage covers a service, not a double shift with a function on top. The next step in the range is the DC35-16A, with 35kg/24h and a 16kg bin.
