The exterior is constructed from stainless steel. The closed water circuit prevents contamination throughout the cubing process. All Hoshizaki machines are straightforward to operate, clean and maintain.
The ice-making process uses a dedicated jet of fresh water injected into each closed cell. Excess water drains through outlet ports. The cell walls contain the freezing water’s expansion as temperatures reach -30°C during production, creating consistently formed cube ice.
