This Hoshizaki IM-100WNE-21 is a self-contained cube ice maker that produces up to 96 kg of high-quality cube ice per 24 hours, with 50 kg storage capacity. It meets strict hygiene standards and is suitable for foodservice, hospitality and medical applications. The exterior is constructed from stainless steel with a closed water circuit that prevents contamination throughout the cubing process. All Hoshizaki machines are designed for straightforward operation, cleaning and maintenance. A dedicated water jet is injected into each closed cell during production, with excess water draining through outlets. The cell walls contain the freezing water’s expansion from all sides as temperatures reach -30°C during the cubing cycle, ensuring consistent ice quality.
