This Hoshizaki IM-65PE-E-25 EliteCube is a self-contained ice maker producing 56 kg of small cube ice per 24 hours, with 26 kg storage capacity. The EliteCube model combines standard ice-making performance with enhanced hygiene features and installation flexibility. It features UV cleaning technology that uses UV-light flashes to inhibit bacterial growth and contamination in the water tank and standing water, delivering cleaner ice. An integrated drain pump allows flexible positioning in your kitchen or bar, independent of drain location or height, making it easier to fit into existing layouts or reconfigure spaces as needed.
