The FM series features a worktime-based replacement system monitored via an intuitive control display for preventive maintenance scheduling. Hoshizaki’s automated water circuit rinse cycle removes mineral residues that would otherwise clog the hydraulic system, maintaining hygienic operation throughout the year.
The exterior and auger are constructed from stainless steel. A closed water circuit prevents contamination during ice production. All components are designed for straightforward operation, cleaning and maintenance.
