This stackable cuber delivers Hoshizaki’s proven ice quality whilst offering straightforward maintenance and reliable performance in demanding hospitality environments.
Ice-making unit only – storage bin not included. Suitable for use with an existing compatible ice storage bin. A new storage bin can be supplied separately if required.

This model measures 1084 x 700 x 500 mm and incorporates several practical features for ease of operation. The unit includes automated cleaning with wash auto-restart, water circuit cleaning notifications, condenser cleaning alerts, higher-grade stainless steel construction, and a magnetic DC pump motor with variable speed control. A stand-by/wash button system allows simple operation. An optional scoop holder kit is also available.
The IM-240DPE-23 represents the current standard in Hoshizaki’s IM CUBE range, combining reliable ice production with straightforward maintenance requirements suitable for busy commercial kitchens.
