The machine uses R290 natural refrigerant, which reduces environmental impact whilst maintaining reliable performance. A closed water circuit prevents contamination throughout the freezing process, and the dedicated water injection system creates uniform cylinder ice by filling individual cells whilst allowing excess water to drain away. The cell design controls water expansion during freezing for optimal ice formation.
